楽天が買収したツアーガイドサービスのvoyaginの概要とレビューランキングTOP１００を調べてみました。
こんにちは。
airbnb大好きで11月のairbnb-open-2015 in パリにも参加予定の御子柴です。
前回書いた airbnb のツアーガイド機能の ACTIVITY と完全に競合になりそうな、
voyagin のサービスをsimilar web と スクレイピング等 で
さらっと見てみましたのでブログにしました。
・全体PV
８月は月間150000PV。これがどこから来ているかですが、後述します。
・Traffic Sources
searchが約５０％。ちなみにワードで多いのが、
「オーガニック」 voyaginなどの、サイト既知の来訪目的意識のユーザー。
それ以外は937のキーワードもオーガニックで来ている時点で広く拾えてそうですね。
「リスティング」 築地マーケットやUSJチケットのような狙い撃ち系。
その他のワードは有料版じゃないので見れませんが、現状のレビュー数から考えるに、相撲とか人気のもののワードが多いのでしょうか。
・IPアドレス元の国
日本が55%で、他に84カ国のIPアドからアクセスされてますね！すごい！
日本に来る前に訪日メディア的に利用されているとしたら、今後もメディア方面の強化で入口を抑えれたら強みになりそうですね〜
でも、訪日数の70%をしめる（中国・台湾・韓国・香港・タイ・・・）からの割合は少ないですね。やはり文化を学びたい系(voyaginの現状人気コンテンツの多くがそのへん)の需要は欧米系なんでしょうか。
・参照元
Jp.techcrunch.com や、 Thebridge.jp 等の日本でリリースされたニュースメディア経由で来てますね・・・。（おそらくvoyaginのメディア情報かと。）
IPアドレスの日本55%がほとんどこれだったりしたら、70000PVほどが日本に来る前に見られているということになりますね。（つまり渡航前の入り口を抑えれている！）
Japanguideが参照元2位というのも入り口にアタックできているので面白いところですね。

というわけで、
１位 ロボットレストラン
２位 相撲観戦
３位 築地ツアーでした。
コンテンツがロボットレストラン以外は、【中央区】近辺によっているような印象が受けますね。アクセスもいいですし、airbnbの宿泊所としても中央区は熱い気がします。
※ロボットレストランは普通にいくと7000円なので、voyagin経由のクーポン導線と考えられるので別枠ですね・・・。

とりあえず、価格 と レビュー は相関がなさそうです。
ゲイシャ・築地・秋葉原・太鼓 あたりの欧米人が好きそうな日本感がランクインしていますね・・・。
日本の観光GDP的に、訪日外国人の絶対量を増やことも大事ですが、
滞在日数を増やすためにも、日本にくる前に顧客にアプローチしている
Voyaginさんには是非とも頑張って欲しいです。
考察としては、
１ airbnbのActivity同様、価格と人気は相関がなさそう（当たり前）
２ airbnbのActivityと似たようなコンテンツが多いので、両方登録する人が増えそう
３ 中央区周辺が熱い
という当たり障りのない考察で終わりたいと思います。
次回は、誰からも「こういうの調べて欲しい！」という問い合わせがないので、
前回放棄したJRパス一覧や、airbnbの清掃・代行業者を調べたり、
実際に依頼してみたりしたいと思います！
